1. Is the Super Bark Free weather proof?
The Super Bark-Free is what they call weather
resistance not weather proof. It is best to place it so it will be
protected from direct rain. If you place a plastic cover over the
area where the controls are it will be weather proof.

How does the Super bark free work?
It
is a dog training device. It needs to be within 50ft and have a clear line
of sight. This means that there can't be any solid objects in the way like
walls, fences, glass, or even thick brush. We have good success when
training one dog. When you have more than one dog the device is quite a
bit less effective.

Can I active the Super Bark Free remotely?
No it does not have a
remote option.
4. Can people hear the Super Bark Free?
The Super Bark-Free on the ultrasonic setting puts
out of a noise that is 23-26 kHz and every once in awhile we do have a
customer that can hear the ultrasonic tone.

6. How long does it take for the Super Bark Free to
work?
Generally the dogs respond to the Super Bark-Free
right away... I would say a good part of the time the results are
immediate. Some dogs take a little bit longer to train. It's not
uncommon that it takes a few days for the dogs to catch on.
Unfortunately there are some dogs that just do not respond to this
type of training. We
have learned that about 15% of the dogs will not response to the device.

Which is best sonic or ultrasonic for training the barking dog to stop?
Most of our customers use
the Super Bark Free unit in the silent mode. It will irritate you as much
as it does the dog if you use the sonic mode.
8. Will the Super Bark Free work through a solid
fence?
Any wall or solid fence will reduce the
effectiveness of this device. Line of sight is the best situation
for maximum range and effectiveness. You
can mount it above the fence line and aim it down toward the dog if you
need to.

Will the Super Bark Free work at 100 ft.?
No, the range of this device is usually 50-60 feet
because of the microphone's limitation to detect the bark.
10. Will
Super Bark Free work on all type dogs?
These anti-dog barking devices generally work well
on most dogs. However there are some dogs that just do not respond to this
type of training. To give you an idea of the effectiveness we get
back about 15% of them back from failure.
We really haven't found that it works better on one breed or
another. It seems to really just depend on the individual dog or
dogs as well as the situation. Obviously you will want to put the
device as close as possible to the offending dog. The range of these
devices is usually 50-60 feet although again, part of that is just
dependent on the individual dog.
Bat
repelling devices

How do the Bat repelling devices work?
It
uses sound to make an uncomfortable environment for the bat to be in so it
causes them to move out of the area. The indoor ATTACKWAVE units goes 15ft
in front of the
device in a cone shape in front of the device. The outdoor weather
resistant YARDGARD goes 30ft infront of the device in a cone shape. Our
devices are made for when bats are in an attic, hanging on a patio or an a
barn. They won't go through
solid objects like walls, glass, or the ceiling . If the problem is in the
attic the devices must to be in the attic.

I have bats between my walls or in between the roof and the ceiling will
it work?
Unless
you are able to get the device in between the walls or in between the
roof and ceiling it will
have zero effective on the bats. The ultrasonic broadcast will not
penetrate solid objects

What if I set up the device where bats are going in and out?
The
bats will just fly right past the sound and into your house. The device
needs to be set up where ever the bats are. If the bats are landing and
then crawling into a space they may be exposed to the sound broadcast long
enough to drive them away. They tend to shy away from the ultrasonic unit.

Do the ultrasonic type device really work to get rid of bats?
I
have not conducted any scientific studies, but I can report my experience.
We
have sold several thousand of these devices since 2001 for the purpose of
getting rid of bats from our customer's house and barns.
We only have three years of statistics indicating the amount of
customers that have solved their bat problem or have greatly improved it.

You
may have noticed the statistics for 2011 are a little better that 2005.
We were selling the same device in both years, but
I just think our advise and understanding of how to use them has
improved.
Over
the years I have tested many of the electronic devices for functions and
output. The unit that we sell
now is a very good unit. It is designed with "Sweeping scale

TRIAL, How does it work?
1. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you send it back and we
refund your money as outlined in # 2 and # 3 below.
2. If returned
within 60 days of the purchase date we will refund every dime you paid for
the order including shipping and handling, thus the 60
DAY FREE TRIAL.
3. Refund not
available after 60 days, but if you have trouble with a unit the
manufacture's warranty will apply and we will assist you if needed.
Details will be outlined in the manufacturer's package warranty pamphlet.
4. You will be
responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number from the carrier you ship
with or a delivery confirmation from the post office. This will reduce the
likelihood of your package getting lost. All returns must be free of
damage and in the manufacture's original package with warranty card and
instructions enclosed. This is necessary for us to get replacement
of opened products. International, Hawaii, Alaska and expedited
shipping are not refundable.
5. Due
to the manufacture's restrictions we are limited to 30 days for
accepting returns on all bird products and Mosquito Killing System.
For all other products the 60 days policy applies.
Mole/Gopher
repelling devices.
1.
How do the Mole Chasers work?
They
cover a circle around the device with a radius of about 50ft and it makes
a buzzing sound that resonates through the ground causing the moles or
gophers to move away from the device. This may make the moles may move to
another part of your property so it is important to protect your whole
property to be effective.

The
regular molechaser uses four of the "D" size batteries and they
last about three months. We also have a solar unit if you don't want the
battery device. The regular
unit has a lifetime warranty, but the solar unit has only a 6 month
warranty.
