The Neighbor's barking dog can be a real nuisance and very irritating. Our desire is to  help you solve this problem. Let's look at a few scenarios . 

Your neighbor's dog may be irritating them as much as it is irritating you. They may desire to stop the barking, but just don't know what to do. Your neighbor may be open  to any help you can offer. 

Many people love their pets very much and would get defensive if someone is being  critical of their best friend. They will defend their dog much like parents will defend their children  even when they know they are wrong. So we need to be diplomatic when addressing this  problem. 

Some neighbors will know that their dog is being a nuisance, but they just don't care. In  fact they are entertained that you may be upset about the barking.  In this case it is up to  you to cure your neighbor’s dog barking problem, hopefully without confrontations. 

You could call the police and complain, but the results may not be as good as you would  like. Sometimes the police will talk to the neighbor and try to get them to stop the  barking dog. There are two automatic models the Professional bark-Stop and the Super Bark-Free. We also have one manual trainer the Bark Stop Hand held Dog Master and Cat Repeller. See details below.

This device has two settings, ultrasonic and audible.  When set to ultrasonic it will NOT be heard by humans.  Humans can hear the audible setting loud and clear.  Both settings are effective at deterring dogs from barking.  When a dog barks within 50 to 60  feet of this device it will respond by blasting the offending dog with a strong ultrasonic blast of 130 dB.  This blast can be effective if placed in a line of sight to the dog and there is little or no foliage to buffer the sound waves.  This level of sound is about the noise level as if a fire truck were to pass by. This device can be set so humans cannot hear it. The sound is emitted for few seconds past the time the barking stops, and then resets itself waiting for the next bark.  It can be set to allow 1,2,3 or 4 barks before it is set off.  This allows a dog to bark a time or two before it is blasted by the device.  The Super Bark-Free is for outdoors use only, it has a removable cone to give greater intensity and focus for a specific target.  It is weather resistance not water proof, so try to place it in a protected area if possible and cover it with a plastic bag if rain is expected.  Purchase a Super Bark Free Bird houses, Bird feeder  or Dummy camera cases  if you would like to make it totally rain and weather proof. The unit is powered by four "D" size batteries (not included).  You can expect about 2000 to 3000 activation cycles per set of batteries.  

 Original Professional Bark-Stop:  It is for indoors or confinement training such as if the dog is in a pen or otherwise not able to get very far away from the device.   When a dog barks within 25  feet of this device it will respond by blasting the offending dog with an ultrasonic blast of 120 dB.  This blast can be effective for about  50 ft if placed in a line of sight to the dog and there is little or no foliage to buffer the sound waves.  It comes with its own 12 volt converter  it does not run on batteries and this converter will not run the Super Bark Stop model because the voltage is different.  You must plug this device into a 120 volt power supply.  This unit can also be used outdoors if you protect it from wet weather.  It has two settings Ultrasonic (silent) or audible.
