Bite-Shield biting insect repellant
This portable, lightweight biting insect repellent uses beads that produce a scent biting insects hate, but is pleasant to humans. The repellent cartridge contain plastic beads made with naturally occurring essential oil called Geraniol. Effective to repel mosquitoes, no-see-ums, fire ants, ticks, biting midges, black flies, horn flies, and stable flies. Just slide one of the replaceable repellents cartridges into the Bite-Shield, turn it on and stop worrying about those biting insects. The super quite fan distributes the scented repellent to give you an umbrella of protection from those little pest.

Geraniol was tested and found to repel mosquitoes with the same effectiveness as DEET, but without the mess.
